Relion Micro Test Strip Coding?

Just got back from Walmart and realized they gave me F-3 coded strips instead of F-4 which is the code I had previously used. The meter says 'no coding required' so does that mean I can use different coded strips or will my cat's readings be different with the F-3 strips vs. the F-4?
 
your fine, the meter detects the correct code and automatically updates the meter, your readings will be exactly the same. I have the Relion Micro for Maxwell and I think the code changes depending on what batch they come from.

yep you're fine .. I always double checked that the code on display on the meter matched that tiny code on the back of the strip container though .. just to be 100%!
