ReliOn meter - downloading test results

Hi all, not sure if this is a good place to post this. Anyways, just started using the ReliOn Prime. While reading the instruction book, it say that they offer diabetes measuring software to help download test results to a computer and to call their customer service number to obtain the software. Has anyone done this? Is it helpful software?
