Is there a non walmart equiv for the ReliOn strips? I have the ReliOn Micro tester.

Yes!

The company which makes the Confirm and Confirm Micro sells the unbranded versions as the Glucocard 01 and 01 Mini. These and the matching strips are available at American Diabetes Wholesale.
