Darn, was finally geared up to try Lantus, but my vet is on a mini-vacation until Wednesday. The main vet looked into it, but he hasn't had any experience so wants to wait for my regular vet to weigh in. This long weekend would have been perfect for monitoring, although not so much if there were any issues. Well, maybe next weekend. I'll just need to take some vacation days.
