Red spots on her belly?

I just noticed that Susie has about three tiny red spots on her belly that I have never seen before. Does anyone know what would cause this?

I'll try a little later. I don't have camera on my flip top phone and don't know if I can get her to stay on her back long enough to take a picture with my regular camera.
