I received one Libre 2 sensor and reader for free last week using:

I said I was a caretaker. Getting one regular Libre 14 sensor for free will not likely work unless you lie (unless you cat is 18 years or older) about your cat's age since the regular Libre 14 day is only for 18+ years old and the form asks for the patients age.

Yes, you need a prescription for the Libre.

Not to get the coupon. You need a script, in addition to the coupon, to give to the pharmacist to actually "purchase" the sensor and reader.

If your cat is at least 1 1/2 years old that is equivalent to 21 in human years.
