Recall on freeze dried chicken

I understand that some Stella and Chewy freeze dried food was recalled. Has anyone heard about this? My friend is worried about Pure Bites being contaminated and her vet is telling her that her cat and dogs should not eat any freeze dried chicken treats because the way they process the chicken is inherently unsafe. I’m not buying that, but I wanted to let people know about the recall.

Tha is for the news I agree about purebites I dont buy it. We will continue to use. It's how I keep LM so easy going for test time

Upon a quick google search I see nothing about a current recall. Newest recall I see was last year for the dog dinner patties...

I did see old recalls for S and C. Maybe that was it.
