Hi,

Sorry to bother you all..
Is there a calculator I can use to calculate the carbs for freeze dried raw meat? I only know if it is WET food.
I bought 2 kinds for Momo and I think her sugar spiked with Dr. Marty’s- it is very pricey but It says healthy.
So I stopped giving her.
Calorie content (ME) 4430 kcal/kg; 409 kcal/cup
Crude protein- 39%
Crude Fat - 23%
Crude Fiber - 2.5%
Moisture max- (5%) - I also added water and she loves it.
Ash (max)- 8%
Taurine (min) .27%
Omega 3 - min 5%

2) Stella & Chewy - Digestive Boost

Calorie content (ME) 4332 kcal/kg; 169 kcal/cup
Crude protein- 42%
Crude Fat - 27%
Crude Fiber - 5%
Moisture max- (5%) - I also added water and she loves it.
Taurine (min) .20%
Carnitine- 90mg/kg
Papain (papaya) 5.00 pu/mg
Bromelain (pineapple stem)-1.00 Gdu/g

She loves both of them, I think Stella has lower carbs, but cannot find a calculator to calculate the carbs. Is there any one here to direct me there?
Thank you...

I think you can answer your question (why numbers went up with Dr. Marty's) just by looking at the ingredients.

Dr. Marty's

Stella & Chewy Digestive Boost

You may take a look at Natural Feline, it contains very little vegetables and carbs

Hello @PH&MonkeyPenPenFaFaTiger ,

Oh really? Thank you so much. I stopped giving her Dr. Marty’s. I tried only for a day.. then Stella and Chewy’a chicken- also high.. just for few meals..
It really needs a lot of trial and error. Not that easy, but we all need to do for their own good.

Thank you so much. Let me look into that now. I am
Also looking at Stella & Chewy- Duck( looks really low in carbs.
