Raffy is Back on 300’s

Good morning to all. Last 45 days he was surfing around beach, lagoon and sometimes yellows.
This morning he has decided to be a Pink-panther again
We are on 29 U Levemir and 2 U Humalin-R before AM and PM shots.
He has been constipated last 3 days.
Can this effect his BG level in that way,?

I am giving 1 spoon olive oil with his meal.

Is that helping? I used to give Cinco a teaspoon of canola or coconut oil and it got things moving.
