Rad Cat Raw Diet

Does anyone know the as fed analysis of Rad Cat Raw food?

One of the stores here in Houston carries it so I don't have to have it shipped. I've looked at NV raw too but was curious about Rad Cat.

Their website has the guaranteed analysis but that's not helpful. ugh.

Most commerical raw foods are very low in carbs. The Rad Cat foods have nothing but meat, liver, bone meal, some non-grain/non-strach ingredients for binding, and a few other things that aren't likely to affect blood glucose levels. I'm pretty sure it's a low carb food :smile:

Rad Cat is awfully expensive, though, for a little container :-Q

I tried the small samples, different kinds, my girls didnt like them...dont know why but did not like ohmygod_smile
We have tried successfully the Prime sample paks $4.95 for a sample bag that has different flavors in it.
I am now making my own! eeeeks how fun and girls are liking that as well. Just added the vit. to this batch today.. I did approx. 5# and put in baby jars at about 2-4 oz per jar. I am still semi cooking the cken. 15 min per side - maybe 20 at most. for 1/2 of it and 10 min on each side for the other 1/2. All cooked at 300 degrees.
Stick it quickly in cold water and put in frig. Usually grind the next day and now adding the vit.

I gave Curry one of the chicken samples they gave me. It was about .8 ounces and she scarfed it down. She usually eats Merrick before grain turkey which is 1% carb since she is pretty sensitive to carbs.

Wish I could get my civvie to eat canned. She eats Evo dry but it's pretty high in phosphorus. I'v tried all the tricks to get her to eat the wet food but she would rather starve. Silly kitter.
