Hi all,

Sorry I haven't been around as much as usual, feel quite guilty about it.

Baby had some trouble early on but is all good now. However, our dog (Pippi) was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that has already metastasized to heart and lungs. What little free time I had left is now spent keeping her comfortable, running through a doggie bucket list, and trying a few things to extend time and preserve quality of life.

Mr Kitty passed his annual exam today with flying colors....minus a T4 of 17 :confused: yes, 17. Never would have known, no clinical signs except for slight PU/PD. Hopefully increased dose there helps.

Hope all is well. I'd say I hope to be around more soon, but that means Pippi will be over the rainbow bridge :( scritches to all the kitties!
 
Hi Melissa , I'm glad to hear Evelyn is doing good now. How old is she now ?I'm sorry to hear about Pippi :(
My heart goes out to you ♥ I'm thrilled to hear Mr Kitty passed his annual with flying colors! I hope the increased dose helps Mr Kitty with the T4 .No reason to feel guilty about anything , you've had a lot to deal with :bighug:

So sorry about the dog, Pippi. I hope that you get much more time with her.

Hi Melissa, glad that the baby is doing well; so sorry to hear about Pippi. I’d noticed you hadn’t been around lately — thanks for posting an update. I’ve traversed the cancer trail with many of my dogs over the years; those last days/months and bucket list moments are precious. Looking forward to seeing you around again soon, but not too soon…

Give Pippi a scratch behind the ears for me and tell her that people she’s never even met care and are rooting for her. :bighug:
 
Melissa, I’m sorry about your dog Pippi being so sick. You are doing the right thing by devoting your time to her. :bighug: I’m glad to hear that Mr. Kitty is doing well and hope he continues. Take care of yourself. It’s a lot to take care of family and pets.

I've missed you! Take the time to be with your pup. We're here when you need some distraction. Keep us posted on how your critters and. you are doing Family likes to know what's going on!
