Baby is a long term diabetic & we have always used the Relion meter, we are now switching to AlphaTRAK 2 & I need to know how to determine my dosing / hypos / etc. I know the #s run higher on the AlphaTRAK 2, can anybody help?

A decrease would be earned at 68 IF following TR. There’s a ss for AT that you might want to use.
