Question.. Thoughts RE: getting cat to eat more

Have a question about anyone's thoughts regarding mixing a small spoonful of gerbers baby food meat into the canned meat I'm feeding Tiggy (Tiki Cat and Weruva), in order to get Tiggy to eat.

I checked the label and it has meat (i.e. Chicken or Beef), water and some cornstarch.
Total carbs for the chicken are 2g. I am not sure whether this includes the cornstarch or not.
He has eaten this in the past (like when he had an upset stomach), so I know he likes it.
Thoughts?

A lot of us use baby food when our cats aren't eating, so it's fine to mix a little in.

If you can find Beech Nut foods, their meat flavors are only meat and water (no cornstarch) but the little bit in the Gerbers doesn't usually cause any problems

Here are the tricks I use for Squeaker:

Chill the food
Add water
Heat the food
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
The one that always works is FortiFlora. Most cats love the taste of this stuff.
