Poor Tiki has had it rough but he has put up with way more than I thought he would since everything started. We have more good days than bad for the most part but I've noticed he has become just absolutely ROTTEN to my dog. Yes the 5 times bigger than him dog! He pops at her every chance he gets, lunges at her from under the bed and pretty much scares her to death. She is now afraid to walk around the house for the most part in fear he is coming to get her. He used to do this as a play thing but lately it just seems mean, like he can't do anything about what's going on with him so instead he is gonna pick on the dog instead. And I have a few teeth marks in my arm too.

Has anyone else gone through a mean (or down right PISSY) kitty phase???

Bonnie's (MauiGuppy) Junior was not amused by the entire diabetes thing. She posted what her arm looked like after Junior decided that if she thought poking was fun or pleasant, he'd return the favor. Junior, how ever, got over the phase by going OTJ.

When was the last time that Tiki had bloodwork done? Hyperthyroid can cause a cat to become aggressive.
