Linda for Weezer

I placed our first order for Lantus with Canda Drugs Online on 9/5. We received the order today. My husband opened the package and reports that the contents were warm; warmer than the ambient air temperature, which was in the low 90s. He put it in the fridge. According to the information printed on the package, Lantus should be destroyed if it gets over 30 C (86 F). It must have been over 90 F. I called customer service and they told me to put it in the fridge for a period of time (I think they said 48 hrs) and then it would be safe to use. She said she could have a pharmacist call me to “explain it better”. I don’t think it’s safe. Does anyone have experience with a situation like this? And to think I paid the additional shipping charge to get it sent from Canada instead of Turkey!
