Question...Flat yellow cycles

I have seen it mentioned over and over that when you see a flat yellow cycle, you should almost expect it to precede a big move or an active cycle.

Can someone please explain why?

Just something I've always wondered about and know others would probably like to know to!

I don't know if there is an "explanation", Chris. It may be one of those old wives' tales that just seems to (almost) always work. "Ours is not to reason why. . ."
