Question - Best, economical flea treatment???

First off, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all you beautiful mommies of our 4 legged friends. Hope you all had a wonderful day. It was like the first day of summer for us here - almost 90 degrees! With the warmer weather - what is better: Advantage, Frontline? I've done some searches here and some reccommend Revolution? I have been getting the large dog size and breaking it up for my 3 kitties. Just wanted to make sure with the professionals to see that what I get is the best for the least! I have used both Frontline and Advantage, never Revolution... At the end of the summer, I think I was on advantage and I was still noticing scratching!!

I have used both Frontline and Advantage and they both work. But you also must get rid of the fleas in your house too so they do not become reinfected. The best thing I found for removing the fleas in the house is to mix 1/2 baking soda and 1/2 salt and spread it in your carpets and upholstery if possible. Leave it on for at least 24 - 48 hours and then vacumm. You may need to reapply it again in a couple weeks to get any that may have hatched after you vacummed.
