If handled properly, why should it become unstable after a certain time? What happens to it? Why?
When inseting a sterile, micro-thin needle into the pen/vial, how much air or contamination could possibly get into it?
The reason I'm asking is, about a week ago, I started using a pen that had been started, several weeks ago.
I stopped using it after a few days, because it had tiny bubbles and biggish bubble in it.

Then last week, I started using it again , and now Checkers numbers are wonky.
I am wondering if it's the 'new' pen, and why would it go bad, just sitting in the fridge, not touched.

I don't want to toss it, if it's not bad, but obviously am not going to continue using it, if it could be
