Question about Ketone Test Strips

So we bought the Relion brand Ketone Test Strips and we haven't used them yet, but I was just wondering if anyone can answer a question for me about the temperature it says on the box to keep them stored at. I was initially keeping them in the cupboard under the bathroom sink, but the vent for the air conditioner/heater is right below it, and I just wanted to know if that vent blowing cold air right there when we have the AC turned on, could it ruin the strips or make them less effective? Or will they still be okay to use?

I don't think that will be a problem. It's importance that you keep the lid tight and keep them dry. Is there anything written on the box that tells you what temperature range they're meant to be used in?

Yes, it says to store at temperatures between 59-86 Fahrenheit.

I doubt the A/C air is below 59.
