Is there a good canned food that is not overly expensive that you can recommend for CRF kitties? Since most of my 7 cats are either seniors or approaching their senior years, I would like to switch all of them over to a food lower in phosphorus to reduce or at least slow down their risk of developing CRF. Tiger was recently diagnosed with early stages of CRF.

Also, the food list is in a PDF. Is there an Excel version? I would like to be able to sort the different columns to make it easier to find good foods for my cats.

@Ann & Tess has a list (on their spreadsheet) that I've been using for Rosa to find low carb and low phosphorus options since she was just diagnosed with early CRF too.

Unfortunately, since Friskies pulled their Special Diet, finding a not too expensive option is trickier - a lot of the foods that are low in phosphorus do seem to be at the higher end of the price range, though I found ordering from Amazon was a bit cheaper than buying locally, and if you go through a few of the pet food sites (Petco etc), you might find special offers on some things there too.
