Question - 02/28 Blackie PMPS 135, +5 74

This morning, I've increased her Evo 95% C&T to 0.80 oz./4x day to compensate for the loss of the +2 Evo feeding. The FF T&G +2 food is 1 oz. 2x/day. Trying to maintain the same amount of calories as she was before I removed the Evo from the +2 feeding. If she gets more, that's ok as she can burn them off by doing what she does best... Picking on everyone and pacing. :lol:

When I switched her food @ +2 to FF Turkey & Giblet, was I supposed to do the gradual changeover? What I did was totally removed the Evo and gave her the same amount of the FF last night, and have been doing that since. I wonder if I did a bad thing?

Alas... Miss Blackie IS a bully cat. :lol: Hence, she gets fed first before anyone else so that I can keep the peace in the house, or try to. :lol:

Yes, good luck with the food adjustment. I will show the calorie counts to DH tonight, and see if I can do something about Daphne's weight, before it gets out of hand. ;-)

Hi Angela,

I think it's fine to just switch the food like you did. You are only changing one mini meal per cycle, so that is a slow transition, IMHO. She has eaten the FF before, right?

Good luck! I hope the change works so Blackie can start making more progress! :-D

Good job Angela...Blackie is looking good and it will be interesting to see how she likes the change. She's looking pretty consistent.i

Yes, she's had FF T&G before she had the Evo.

I'm sure that I'll be posting a bunch more questions, so please bear with me if they sound redundant. It's the only way that I can learn something new at times by asking redundant questions.
