Putting together a packet for my vet--can you think of anything else to add?

I plan to include the following:

• Links to catinfo.org and this website and forum
• A printout of the SL, GS protocol, which is what Gypsy's on
• A printout of her spreadsheet
• The info on neuropathy
• A list of her food and treats
• Take her meter with me to compare to the vet's meter just so they can get an idea of where my measurements coincide with theirs

I also plan to do a curve before I take her in.

Anything I'm leaving out?

When I first started with my "new" vet I gave him the following links:

Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery
Management of Diabetic Cats with Long-acting Insulin - summary published in 2013

I also provided him with a link to my spreadsheet.

These things all helped him understand my treatment plan and methods. Although he has never really managed to wrap his head around my use of a human meter versus a pet meter, he's been great about following my game-plan, lol.
