I voted yesterday and then this AM at either 2:30 AM or around 5am and I was able to vote again just now. have no clue what that is all about. I assume if it lets you, then it should count them 21.2% us 19.45 we are gaining. vote, vote, vote
can also (it seems) vote again using a different browser
