Purina DM wet food

Our vet is recommending we purchase Purina DM wet food for diabetes for our 10 year old rag doll recently diagnosed with feline diabetes. Been reading the forum and seems like most believe it does not really do much good versus Fancy Feast Classic. I plan on posting a more detailed post but meeting with the vet at noon today. Plus our cat cannot do insulin shots.

You are correct that there’s nothing special in dm that justifies the price.

Is your cat semi feral?
