Posting this in Lantus formum as well.
Please take a look at his numbers. Increased to 14U of Lantus on Tuesday. Numbers have risen. Neuropathy is still bad. Do I need to go up again? I'm not sure how fast I should move up to get his numbers down. Should I go up every 1-2 days until I get in the 200's??
