I am trying to study other spreadsheets of kitties that also take Lantus / Glargine. And, they just go on to get their next regular dose safely, if their numbers are green and in the 60's etc. I'm confused, because I thought I understood that if Pumpkin's numbers go below 90, then the dosage gets decreased by .25.
So, at what point would I decrease the dosage? I'm not near that right now. But, I thought he was doing so much better and then I see lots of kitties in a lot of green. And, I realized there is much room for improvement.
