Pumpkin is doing better. He is jumping on the sink more than he was before. He is pretty perky. I will see what the vet says.

I'm sorry, but I can't see where this is happening on the ss as that is all we have to go on, perhaps there is some data missing? We always test a lot after an increase.
I think that the point that we are trying to make is that, with the limited data we are seeing on the ss it is impossible to be able to tell how low Pumpkin is getting on this dose, and therefore how safe this dose might be, the fact that he is feeling better and symptoms of diabetes have improved would suggest he is getting into lower numbers than you are catching. If you take a look at George's ss and click on the 2015 tab you will see how when he first started getting into lower numbers he would bounce up and down, and George wasn't particularly a bouncy cat, if I had been testing every 3 day without any midcycle tests it is likely that I could have taken him up to dose that was higher than he needed, running the risk of his BG crashing. Please don't think that I am suggesting that you need to test as much as I did, I was at home with George and a self confessed testaholicWe will definitely do that as we increase and get closer to regulated.
