Hello Everyone!

My kitty Johnny has thrown up his last couple of meals. His has not needed insulin for the last week or so ... if given any its been .5 units. He has thrown up this morning and afternoon after eating... BGM reading 53 morning and afternoon.... Would his puking be related to the diabetes? I think it might be a factor of him eating too quickly and excitement; but am not sure if this warrants a vet visit or not? Can this be a sign of something worse?

Limit how much food you feed him at one time so he doesn't gorge on it. My civie does the same thing so I give him half what I normally feed Dusty and then 15-20 minutes later the other half. No more puking...

Thanks for the help. Feeding him in two smaller amounts seemed to do the trick tonight and separating the cats. Love this forum and everyone for their help and dedication for helping me and my baby though this troubled time.
