Where is the best/fastest place to get ProZinc insulin?? I’m just about to finish my first vial but I’m still waiting for the vet to get back to me for over a week for a prescription. I saw that they have it at Walmart? Is that true? Any other quick places???

Walmart and Chewy have some price. $166.99 Chewy has $11.44 w/AutoShip. You may be able to find a coupon for 20% or so for first script from Chewy. It may be order-only from Walmart. Fastest would be to call you vet maybe he can get it from another vet since some vets may stock it but it would be more expensive.

I just looked at chewy & it says it's $116.99 for a 10ml vial not sure how much after shipping or how long to get it though. You would have to have your vet approve it though of course.

I get it from Chewy. It is $116.99 and I had the 20% off coupon so I paid less than $95.00. The shipping if free because order is over $49.00. I know I get it quickly but can't say exactly how long it took. The Chewy page advertises 1-3 days. Yes, vet approval required.

I'm trying to figure out my cheapest source for ProZinc - the vet wants a very hefty £126 per 10ml vial. ($145). Pet Drugs Online sell it for half that - but are there concerns about temperature control while it is in transit? Their disclaimer says:
'We do NOT ship Prozinc during prolonged periods of hot weather. However, even with these temperature control safeguards in place it is impossible to guarantee that the product will stay at the manufacturer's recommended temperature of 8°C or below during the dispatch process - as we have no control how it is stored after being collected from us and before it gets to you.'
We now have autumnal cool temperatures in the UK, but I'm still a little worried about what happens to the insulin if it gets too warm in transit?

I'm not from the UK but found this

Prozinc will keep for 4-5 months as long as they are kept in the refrigerator, may be a little longer all depends on the dose the kitty is taking
