PROZINC INSULIN GOT SHOOK LIGHTLY IS IT STILL GOOD

My husband was checking the insulin because I saw a crack on it. He shook it lightly to see what looked like a crack on top. IS IT OK?
 
As long as he didn't shake it real hard, it should be okay.

Was it just like a 'turn bottle upside down a few times' kind of shake?
 
Should be fine. You just dont want to do that all the time. Prozinc is a suspension - you want to roll it gently before using to mix it up.

I dropped the vial a couple of times with no negative results. It should be fine.
