Hi everyone, my insulin expired Dec 31, and I have a little less than 1/2 a bottle. It looks normal, and it is always refrigerated, except one time I left it on the counter 2 hours, how long "after" the expiry do you think it is effective. Thanks!

Probably until you see tests indicating it isn't working as well - rising numbers with no apparent infection, no inappetance, nor food changes (including batch production changes - watch those as they can change the mixes, often in the fall)

Hi, Judy - Mine seemed to work just fine until it was about 2 months past the expiration date; then the juice seemed to just ... lose its juice. So that's when I replaced it.

Mine usually lasts 6-7 months total. I always used it till the last drop. So just keep an eye on it and if you start to see higher numbers or the color changes, then I would get a new one.
