ProZinc dosing question

Hello, Krystie & Sirius here!
As some may know, due to some extenuating circumstances Sirius hasn’t had his insulin in a few days now. I will be starting his shots again as soon as I get dosing recommendations. His current BGL is 178, using Relion Premier Classic. Vets recommend dose is 3units; I believe this is too high.
Recommendations? (Spreadsheet to come, once I have data to input.)

I'm just posting to mention this got talked about in another thread. So sorry I wasn't on when you needed a reply! I think you were wise to skip, and I don't think Sirius is going to ever take 3 units again. Finding your new dose might take some trial and error, but Deb is giving you great advice. And keep in mind the spreadsheet data is useful even if he isn't getting insulin.

It'll be good to see those numbers without insulin, and then see what the difference is with. It paints a picture that helps with decisions.
