Am I reading the protocol right? Trouble needs to read in the 40s on three separate days to earn a reduction?

Every cat is a little different... mostly hitting one "40s" is worth earning a reduction. Why don't you pose the question about a reduction in your daily condo? Put "reduction?" in the subject and it'll get some attention.
