Protocol for multiple readings?

When you get a really low number and then get a different number when you test again five minutes later, do you assume the first one was a fluke?

Taz was 71, then 133 five minutes later, and 141 five minutes after that. So I'm assuming the 71 was a bad strip or not enough blood. Do I mark it on the SS?

I would just put down either the 133 or the 141, those are essentially the exact same reading within variance and the 71 can be thrown out
