Prop is now almost 15 years old. She got her diagnosis when she was 11 years old. After a foodchange and 4 weeks of caninsulin she went OTJ and was it for a little over 3 years.
But now she is back (spreadsheet not updated)
I started her out on levemir in may and her numbers are pretty much the same everyday. Just around 200 at ps,nadir between +4 - +5 and around 90-110. She gets 0,25 U twice a day.
My question is: I really like her numbers. I dont have to be affraid she goes to low on that dose and her numbers are not to high at PS. She dosent bounce because everything is just the same. I know i could get her numbers even lower if I just gave her a bit more levemir. But do I really need to, does her higest numbers at ps do much harm? Right now its easy and i dont worry when im not home. She ishappy, playing like a kitten, eating and sleeping close to me like shealways has.
