? Probiotic - diarrhea and/or constipation

[Ti-Mousse (GA) Pepe (GA)]

I have my Ti-Mousse occasionally constipated! He doesn't care for pumpkin.
My very little old girl has occasional diarrhea.
Could probiotic (Florastor - S.Boulardii) help them both with constipation and/or diarrhea ? If so, how much should I give them ?
