Hi Everyone
Today is Tansi's first day back on insulin. What do you think of his numbers so far? Should I consider reducing the dose tonite or do numbers look ok?

Have you looked at the dosing methods? You certainly test enough for TR and we have found that cats coming back from remission need a bit more aggressive dosing to get them back and keep them there.

His depot is still filling so we might find the dose is a wee bit much for him but, honestly, today is an absolutely beautiful curve and I’d suggest waiting until he drops below 50 to reduce the dose.

How would you feel about that?

I agree
I have never seen his curve before actually. I thought it looked great, just was worrying a bit how low he would go at nadir, but now I am really happy with it.
I will proceed with the .25 again tonite.
