PREDNISOLONE SHORTAGE

Hello All,

I wondered if any of you have run into trouble getting prednisolone for your cats? My vet said it was on back-order from the manufacturers. Oreo has lymphoma and really must be on this drug, so I wondered if any of you have dealt with this dilema?

I've a cat on prednisolone and they asked me to give them at least 2 weeks lead time for refills.

My cat is on prednisolone tablets. When the vet has run short, I have been able to get Millipred from my normal pharmacy. It is a bit more expensive, but it is the same thing.

I get Milled at my work pharmacy. I get100 tabs for around $48 but I'm getting them at cost plus a small charge. I hope I can continue to get them. My my has lymphoma too.
