GA Prayers needed for Charlie

Unfortunately Charlie started declining fast when we got to the vet. I made the decision to set him free. The vet believes it was heart issues.

Fly free Charlie. I will always love you.

So sorry Lisa. From personal experience you did the most loving thing at the right time. I know it doesn’t make it hurt less. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

So sorry to hear this Lisa. Take comfort in knowing you did your very best for him. He is forever great full for all that you did. He knows how lucky he was to be a part of your family and enjoyed all the warmth and comfort you provided to him.
 
Thank you everyone for your kind words. It was a shock that he went downhill so quickly. But I am glad he did not suffer long. I miss him especially when it is time when he would be tested. He could be very grumpy at times but so sweet the rest of the time. Even my dog Minnie who Charlie terrorized often keeps looking for him. They seemed to have a love/hate relationship that both seemed to enjoy.
