Potential 911 from new member coming through

There may be a 911 coming through in the next half hour from someone in my feline acro group on FB. Her name is Cherie and she's given 13u of Novolin R instead of Levemir. Starting number was 400. I'm not familiar with the insulin and never coped with a 911 so I've directed her here because you're such an amazing bunch. If anyone is on who can help please could you keep an eye out.
