Hello everybody and happy Tuesday

Just a quick question not diabetes related but wondering how to post pictures on my thread from my phone's gallery?

Thank you in advance :cat:

my wife, the mobile-phone-guru, pointed out that when it comes to photos a Samsung phone is NOT using Google Photos. Photos will be by default in a Samsung photo gallery where the app apparently has a copy/paste function, whereas Google Photos does not have this functionality which is SUPER lame.

I'm on android, samsung s9 & have found no way to post pics from the phone to the forum. I've tried every way I can think of: camera, gallery, docs, with no success. I always have to copy to my desktop & drag into the comment. I also size way down since my originals are usually max res.

Here's Maus napping in the greenhouse. She frequently sleeps with her eyes partway open - it's really freaky & I've been known to check her breathing/give a poke to make sure she's still alive. Maybe it's an outside cat thing

omg she is sooooooooo pretty. I love those markings

What the hell Google!
I'll second that, what happened to computers making our lives easier? The paperless office/the cheque's in the mail/robot vacuum cleaners, only one came true.
I often have to log in/out/in again to post photos so I haven chosen wisely. Behold Nigel, the cat that jumped in cars and the prefect cat for first timers.
Miss you buddy!

@Bron and Sheba (GA) this photo I posted in Claire's thread was taken at Cape Hillsborough, QLD

you can hire a little bungalow (appear to be re-purposed shipping containers) that sits basically right on the beach. At dawn, a mob of roos comes round because the people who run the park put food out for them. So we awoke, walked about 10 meters and took photos.

You can also occasionally see roos on the beach there or in the woods though at other times, more organically, if you are lucky and/or persistent, ha.

That's beautiful :joyful:

roos on the beach
a beautiful photo and done the right way, keep your distance from wildlife.
That's my mom sticking her head out the window in #2 so I'll assume it was my dad who thought it was a good idea to jump out of the car. This would be a $5k fine now if you didn't lose an arm first. I'm related to these people? :blackeye: :coffee: :banghead:

@Hendrick Cuddleclaw
When my Oma (Dutch for grandma) and my mom died together they had 30+ photo albums dating to the early 50's, the ones with the metal clips and rice paper dividers. Neither of my two doofus sisters wanted them, I'm on my third scanner transferring them to digital. No one knows why but my dad tossed out all our old home movies.
When I was a kid the mountain highways were always blocked with big horn sheep and occasional bear, no more In the 70's the Athabasca Glacier between Banff and Jasper was a short walk from the visitor center, now it's a 45 minute on a snow cat.
I used to live in Alberta where there was a lottery for Grizzly bear hunting tags. People figured out you could win one and promptly nail it to the wall. :D
