I know I haven't kept my chart up to date, I DO have a notebook where I keep track of dosage, time, what I feed her, and her actions (not feeling well, etc) All is well, dosage has been reduced from 2.5 to 1.5. It was at 1.0 , but high numbers for a week made me bump it up to 1.5.

Lately, her Preshot numbers run like 128, 137, and her nadir is in the 300s.

I have never seen anything like it. My vial is getting old, but I don't think it's that.

Nadir is the lowest BG number in the cycle. How are you determining nadir in the 300's?
I do shots at 8am & 8pm.
A typical example lately is:
This morning, her AMPS was 128. At 3pm, it was 336. Her nadir is usually at 3-6pm - she has a late nadir. Mostly around 3pm.

If her AMPS is the lowest number in the cycle - THAT is the nadir. Nadir is lowest number not the middle of the cycle.

For a year & a half, it's been 6-8, sometimes 10 hours after pre-shot number. Are you saying, that she has shifted?

Nadirs can often shift. I don’t know where yours is but nadir means lowest number of the curve no matter where it is.

Ther are several reasons for inverted curves. Without seeing data, it's hard to say which one it is. Any chance of putting the Alston two weeks worth in the spreadsheet?

Just filled in the chart with two weeks worth!

One concern I have, is, the vial is old. I'm really good keeping notes, but I can only find March 20th as the last "new vial" in my notebooks. I feel perfectly fine in opening my new spare vial tomorrow.

The longest I have seen people use a vial is six months.

Thanks for the SS updates. I noticed that your last increase was by 0.5 units. Typically we go up by just 0.25 units at a time, especially if seeing some blue. But speaking of which, it looks like you could go up to 1.75 units now. However, I would start the new vial first and use it for a couple of cycles before doing the increase. Just in case the vial is an issue.
