? PMPS 69 + 4 81

Not sure I should have given Lily her 52 unit dose this evening. At +4 she is at 81. Looks like it might be a long sleepness night. Any suggestions are welcome.

I'm about to turn in for the night Karen but wow look at her surf. You can always bump her up with food but she seems pretty flat. Hope you get some sleep
