PMPS 374, dosing advice please.

Okay, 0.75 units tonight. I agree with not changing too much at night. I was trying to see if I get ahead of the bounce today, but I don't think that is possible. Wondering what numbers Timmy will throw out tomorrow. I see Teasel gave you a bit of a break today so you could catch your breath. Cheering you both on. :cat:

You're welcome! Teasel sure gives me a run for my money - he's never easy. I'm used to it overall but still learning Lantus so I'm a bit more on edge than usual.

Thank you. He is such a cool cat. Very laid back, so tolerant with the ear testing and just constantly with me. He's a talker, which helps me guage how he is really feeling. He even comes and greets people when they come over, the dog just sits there watching.

With his dosing and reading the earlier reply, I agree that I need to go back up in his units since we are not even getting into the 150 therapeutic numbers, let alone the green. What about a fat 1.0 unit? It feels a little timid to me, but what are your thoughts? He is 304 AMPS. I gave 1.0 unit this morning since I wont be able to monitor as closely today. I will still be popping in and out to test though.

Thank you for being so patient with me this morning with the dosing. You were absolutely correct in the 1.25 units. Timmy is having a pink day and I am kicking myself. :banghead: Tonight we're back in the game at 1.25 units. I'm going to forgive myself since I am in and out today, but Geesh. ;)

No need to kick yourself. Every dose is a little experiment that we learn something from.
