My 15 1/2 yr old kitty, Skunky, has some lumps in her throat for a few months now. We tried antibiotics and steroids for a couple months, but it is not getting better. Please say prayers for her and me.
I have a vet appt Monday. I think it may be that time for her.
She is still eating and drinking somewhat, but I don't want to wait until it gets so big that it may close off her throat. She does not seem to be getting around too much - just wants to sleep. I think she may be in pain and I noticed she is starting to gag and cough at least once a day. Since money is non-existant in my life now, I hope they are going to take a post dated check and hold it for me.

She had a similar lump about a year ago, but it went away. This time it is getting bigger and not going away. Just another disappointing situation in my life at this time.
