Finally figured out how to put up SS sheet last night. Also figured out I was putting too much neosporin on Cheynne's ear and the test strips weren't working(or from it being on my fingers) It works better now, but blood doesn't ball up as nicely. Anyways, since vet said not to give insulin if under 200 I have only been giving one shot at night. So I know I need to do a curve but am not going to stay up all night to do. Do you think I could give half dose tonite and then half dose tommorow morning and start curve? Also I have been using the solarpen so I would have to start using a syringe to get insulin out of pen for half dose. Not looking forward to doing that either. Don't want to contaminate pen. Also not sure each shot that I have given has actually been inside cat. One I think for sure was a furshot, the others it didn't feel wet but I couldn't tell if needle actually went into skin. I know I am second quessing myself on everything. Cheynne has stopped peeing and drinking so much. Seems to feel better also.
