MIKO was recently diagnosed oral squamous cell carcinoma in his right lower jaw bone. There is not much me and my family can do as far as curing his cancer, as surgery, chemo and radiation with no guarantee and it not an option to us because MIKO already 16 years old. Actually MIKO already fight for diabetes for 5 years and his glucose rate is very normal

MIKO passed away last night 17 Oct 2014 at 8.28pm.

He fighting squamous cell cancer also in his jaw bone already 2 months.
It happen too fast. We miss him so much.
Me and my family glad at least we could be with him at the end.
I hope he had found a place where he can play outside all day long and eat all what he wants! Miko you are gone but never forgotten!
We will always love you.

I am glad he was so lucky to have lived his life surrounded by such a loving family, Theng, and that you were all there to comfort him. My heart goes out to you all ...

I'm so sorry, I can tell how much you love him.
He is at Rainbow Bridge now, well and happy again, but I know that doesn't stop us missing them. Thinking of you xx
 
I am so sorry to hear you have lost your sweet Miko, Theng. I remember when you first came on the forum and how hard you had to fight for the best treatment for him. It is always too soon when we lose our sweet kitties, but I hope you are comforted by knowing that he knew how much he was loved, how lucky he was to have delicious food, a warm place to sleep, pets and scratches and a family who cared so much for him.

he is so beautiful. i will send all of my babies ( corey, munchkin, willy, vinny, susie, peggy & jackie) who are at the rainbow bridge to meet him and he will have a wonderful time with them. he is in a beautiful place now and he sees you all the time and he knows how much you love him. he says he had such a great life with you and now he can watch over you while he plays with all of his new friends at the bridge. i know you miss him but don't worry about him. he is in a great place and having fun.

I miss MIKO so much but when I read your kind message I really happy to hear that MIKO can find so many new friend at Rainbow bridge.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful photos of Miko with us and letting us celebrate his life with you. I especially like the one where he's snuggled up with his kitty toy.

Miko will also have Tara, Psycho, Amadán and Danú to keep him company at the Bridge.

Maybe someday Miko will send a healer puss into your life so you won't be quite so lonely. (You'll always miss him ...)

I am so very sorry for your loss. Your heart must ache terribly. I pray that you find comfort in the many happy memories you have of beautiful Miko. I know you were the best mom in the world and that Miko knew of your great love.

I'm fine. Thank you. Still everyday thinking of MIKO. Thank you for your thoughts and kind words. It was very comforting.
Actually my shop have another 3 cats named Oggy (2 years old), Kaka (4 years old) and Mao Mao (4 years old). All of them are strays. Mao Mao is a paralyzed cat.
MIKO was my best companion for 16 years. Will miss him forever (=^ェ^=)
