I just want to add something...I had 5 shop cats and took in a rescue kitty who was just born sickly... I nursed him along (he was FIV+) and he had ups and downs.... all the vets suspected he had FIP (as Chris said there is no specific test) on top of all the other issues. As the others mentioned just about every cat will titer positive for corona virus as my other shops cats did. My sweet little Lazarus passed at almost 1 year old in his sleep, and 4 of the other shop cats were adopted and doing well (7 years later) and the 5th shop cat is our security guard
