Can somebody please check my math? How we calculate % Calories from carbs.
I am getting 21% Calories from carbs. :arghh: :banghead: :arghh:

You’re welcome, you don’t have to delete it, it’s a valid question :). Any idea where the carbs are coming from in this food on the ingredient list?

Oohhh, I just realized while they don’t specify ash content, they do break down minerals, so we might need to include the totals of calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium although that’s likely still not the total ash content. Call it around 6.45% on DMB.

So that means the % calories from carbs on DMB would be around 15%.
 
Yeah... I just didn't know if it they were included in "fats" already. Then it would be redundant to include them again. because they would have already been accounted for in the "fats."

But you'd think that if it was total fat they'd say so. Feels like they made it so much harder than it had to be. They obfuscated the s**t out of it!

If it's total fat, let's call it that. If not, let's call it "other fat." :rolleyes:
