Oh my. I did not realize that it had been so long since I had posted or updated his SS. I have got to stay on top of that. In my defense, with everything going on I have been running on about 3 hours sleep for both Saturday and Sunday. I have a pretty intense course load this semester, almost my entire staff has quit, and I am wrapping up trip details. I pretty much look like I am high all the time because my eyes are so blood shot.
With that being said, he is doing pretty well. I am noticing, even more so that I am strictly controlling food intake, that the yellows always seem to come on the back of constipation. I think he got into and ate a bit of Tail's food, hence the yellow today. They eat the very same thing, but I notice that if Pig has the chance he will overeat horribly. Pig is a pig. However, despite that, he is rolling on his back and lounging, snuggling every chance he gets, eating voraciously, and just generally feeling better. His eyes are not always dilated, meaning that 1) the dilation is not necessarily caused from undiagnosed heart disease as I was concerned about - (vet has never said anything, but I stalk symptoms) and 2) it is most likely caused by digestive upset and cramps. I have moved the MiraLax to every meal except the ones with Cisapride. The Gaba seems just fine with no issues to his belly and the eggs do not concern me. I was more worried about the two laxatives working together.
Prazosin is shipping and on the way along with the increased Cisapride dosage. Bethanochol will not be available until (maybe) tomorrow morning. I am anxiously awaiting insulin and hope to see it very, very soon. I have 4 pens left, but I got them off a friend here in town and I was unaware of it at the time, but they had been stored at room temp. The pens I got from Marks had a exp. date of 10/2020, but these are 09/2019. So, no telling how long they have been just hanging out. Now, they do not have any floaties or anything like that and are, in fact, still perfectly clear, so I know they are still good - Just concerned about the potency..
